Good morning fellow Webtoon readers and welcome to this week’s installment of Saturday Morning Webtoons! This is where we shine a light on two Webtoons we are thoroughly enjoying. These stories have had us captivated chapter after chapter each week and we couldn’t pass up sharing them with you! So grab your favorite snacks, an electronic device and settle into these sensational stories.

Unholy Blood
Vampires have been redefined over multiple mediums of entertainment for decades. I’ll admit that sometimes I overlook a story because of this, but I couldn’t do that with Unholy Blood from Lina Im and Jeonghyeon Kim. When vampires destroy Hayan’s chance at a normal life, she takes matters into her own hands. She draws on her darkest secret to rid the world of the merciless hunters that took over 10 years ago. Of course, she isn’t on her own. She has her loved ones plus a rising star in the police force ready to help her face her past and get her revenge.
Unholy Blood covers quite a few different genres outside of the supernatural category. It has action, humor and even a bit of romance. Something in this Webtoon is bound to appeal to you. It also has Hayan, one of my favorite female protagonists. She may be a pureblood vampire whose power rivals everyone else’s, but all she wants is to make friends and have a memorable time in school. But she isn’t your typical lazy student either. She works hard and is willing to put her life on the line to protect everyone around her.

The Wolfman of Wulvershire
We can’t talk about vampire stories without bringing up another kind of monster, the wolfman. More importantly, The Wolfman of Wulvershire by K. Oliver. The story follows Lady Carina, who would rather be single forever than become any man’s baby-factory. So, of course, her appearance at the Duke of Wulvershire’s annual Spring Fling wine and dine is quite a surprise to everyone. But not as surprising as the ensuing series of murders that seem to be going on. Can Carina survive this death party and more importantly, can she find herself a hunky husband while doing it?
The Wolfman of Wulvershire is definitely not meant for children. The adult humor is something that works well with Carina’s character and the story as a whole. She isn’t looking for someone to sweep her off her feet, but she isn’t opposed to a night of fun. But what fun is there when people keep dying and a certain Sargeant who wants to keep Carina in line? This Webtoon will definitely have you on your toes as it has you thinking one thing and dropping hints that it could be something else. Even when it seems all spelled out, don’t forget that there might be another turn around the corner.
