The Doctors are Out WEBTOON Original Series.

Happy Pride Month! We will be highlighting LGBTQIA+ WEBTOON series all month! And to kick things off, we are talking The Doctors are Out by Blau. There is a Dr. Guevera and a Dr. Guevara in a little neighborhood, and they happen to work right next door to each other. Matias sees human patients, while Fernando tends to four-legged friends and other pets. With their patients confused and their tolerance running thin, they find themselves bickering. But can their similar names and professions heal each other’s broken hearts?

We’ve said it before, and we will say it again – enemies to lovers is our trope. There is just something about watching two people bicker their way to a happily ever after. Nando and Mat may think they don’t like each other, but the universe has other ideas. And we completely agree with the universe. The funny situations they find themselves in, like playing tennis over their fence with posters, will have you laughing so hard you’ll cry. And the swoon-worthy moments are everything we live for. It’s a perfect story for Pride Month and every month of the year!

The Doctors are Out updates every Monday and can be read here!

Aerial Magic

Wisteria upset that someone didn't apologize to her for not being able to read spellbooks.

Aerial Magic WEBTOON Original series.

Our second series is Aerial Magic by walkingnorth. This story follows Wisteria, an apprentice witch, as she navigates her daily life. Things would be different if she didn’t have the uncanny ability to break or blow up things and classrooms. So how is she expected to fix brooms? Pile on the fact that she can’t read magic and the fact that she will never be a proper witch. It’s heartwarming and magical and will pull at your heartstrings and sometimes be downright hysterical.

Aerial Magic is beautiful. I first came across walkingnorth’s WEBTOON after reading Always Human. I was excited since I already knew I loved her writing style. But what really drew me in was the art style and the music accompanying each chapter. It takes the magical world and just pulls you right in. Wisteria and all the people she meets through working as an apprentice are lovely, and we would love all kinds of side stories for them. Just because this series is on a permanent hiatus doesn’t mean it isn’t worth the read.
