These stories have had us captivated chapter after chapter each week and we couldn’t pass up sharing them with you! Shiloh
I know Halloween is over, but I had to include one more thriller series! And what could be more perfect than Kit Trace and Kate Flynn’s Shiloh? This series follows rookie officer Callahan and her partner after they are first on scene of a murder by the Marked Man. The investigation quickly takes them into the dangerous depths of Shiloh. But not everything is what it seems and some of the most terrifying creatures are lying in wait. Who knows what they will uncover on this journey.
Shiloh has been one of the most satisfyingly good series I have read in the last few years. Trace and Flynn’s world-building, character creation and style are marvelous and unique. Reading every chapter is like a small gift I get to unwrap each week. From chapter one, you will find yourself pulled into the mystery and invested in each of the characters’ stories and backgrounds. Plus, I highly suggest sticking around at the end for the author’s note – you won’t regret it!

Lalin’s Curse
Time to slip over to the supernatural side of Webtoon with Isakytm‘s Lalin’s Curse. This series follows David, a young teen within the supernatural community who wears the “true believer” badge loud and proud. He is always looking for the existence of all things scary and mysterious. When David and his skeptical best friend Felix find proof that something terrifying may have landed right on their doorstep, the hunt for the Curse of Lalin begins and their lives will never be the same.
Two best friends out searching for ghosts in Northern Spain? Count me in! Lalin’s Curse is a mixture of moments that will have your hair standing on end with ones that will be packed with spooky mystery. Isakytm’s style is beautiful and so unique. Within the first chapter, we see how well they are able to blend their everyday art style with animation to spice up the story. Even if the supernatural isn’t your typical go-to genre, this one is definitely worth checking out!
