Good morning fellow Webtoon readers and welcome to this week’s installment of Saturday Morning Webtoons! This is where we shine a light on two Webtoons we are thoroughly enjoying. These stories have had us captivated chapter after chapter each week and we couldn’t pass up sharing them with you! So grab your favorite snacks, an electronic device and settle into these sensational stories.

In Hyunseok Yun‘s fantasy webtoon series DICE, it doesn’t matter if it’s appearance, grade or social life – Dongate’s on the bottom. The way bottom. However, things have the chance to really change when popular transfer student Taebin arrives. He gives him the chance to make things right and that is exactly what Dongate is going to do. In this world, a single roll of the dice can change one’s fate.

The main concept within DICE isn’t a new one by any means. It begs the question if you could change your fate – would you? But what this series does extremely well is to create an enthralling storyline and characters you just can’t help to root for. The series has been in the works since 2015 and is currently in its fourth season, which means you have tons to enjoy!

DICE currently updates every Wednesday and can be read here!

Catharsis

Staying within the fantasy Webtoon genre, we are jumping to Ahniki‘s Catharsis. We all know that fear is a powerful emotion that can end up overtaking one’s life. Leon thought he understood it quite well. That was until he was thrown into the demonic realm. He quickly learns that there is more to “true” fear than he could have ever imagined. The real question is if he will learn how to face it head-on?

Catharsis was one of those webtoons that I found myself completely enthralled with the moment I clicked open the prologue. I was right alongside Leon as he was uncovering the darker part of the world and his nightmares. What makes this one of my favorite Webtoon’s is Ahniki’s style and how each of the scenes weaves into one another. The last episode was uploaded in 2019 with the promise it will return in the future, but it is still worth reading regardless!

Catharsis is currently finished and can be read here!
