Jonah confronts PRIDE, he tells them why he chose them. They all have special skills that he needed to find his ship and get it working again. In return for their help, he will leave his abstract, fully translated for them to use to improve life on Earth. The Wilders have fulfilled their role, so Jonah excuses them from PRIDE.
The PRIDE members can see that Jonah is sick, so Robert’s (James Yaegashi) inhibitor did work. Stacy (Brigid Brannagh) suggests they just do what Jonah wants and take the abstract. Dale (Kevin Weisman) suggests they take the abstract anyway and use it to destroy Jonah’s ship, if they could read it. Geoffrey (Ryan Sands) admits giving the book to Janet (Ever Carradine) and she has been translating it. Tina (Brittany Ishibashi) laughs, but Robert says Janet is capable of translating it. The Yorkes decide to work with Janet on finding a way to stop Jonah. Geoffrey and Catherine (Angel Parker) decide to leave since Jonah is done with them.

Leslie (Annie Wershing) apologizes to Karolina (Virginia Gardner) for not telling her the truth sooner. She says he trusted and loved Jonah until he hurt Karolina. Karolina tries to defend Jonah saying she got a chance to really know him. And the night of their first confrontation was just a test. Besides, PRIDE is just as bad. They willingly killed those kids. Leslie says those sacrifices were made to protect the kids, but there were other deaths. Leslie tells Karolina about Jonah killing Amy Minoru. At first Karolina doesn’t believe it, but Leslie is convincing.
Gert (Ariela Barer) is still at the hospital. While she’s alone, she reaches out to Old Lace. She apologizes for leaving and asks the dinosaur to watch over everyone. A nurse comes in to check on her. He mentions that she has as unique name…Chase. He says with a name like that, he’s interested in meeting her mother. Janet Stein arrives, posing as Gert’s mother.
Back at the mansion, Nico (Lyrica Okano) is trying to find a way to make things better with Molly (Allegra Acosta). She goes to Alex (Rhenzy Feliz) for advice, but he doesn’t have any to give to her. Nico goes to Molly’s room, but she missing. Nico looks for her frantically and finds the girl in Gert’s room with Old Lace. Molly is annoyed with Nico, saying she needs to be more concerned about where Chase (Gregg Sulkin) and Gert are.

Chase went to the hospital to pick up Gert. He’s surprised to find his Mom with her. Janet asks him to come home, but Chase refuses. She is happy that he found Gert, but those kids aren’t his family. She says when Victor wakes up, things will be better than before. Chase doesn’t believe her and tells Gert that it’s time to go. Janet warns them that Jonah is looking for a new sacrifice. She asks him one more time to come home so he’s safe. Chase tells her to take care and leaves.
Back at the mansion, Nico sees Karolina practicing her powers and asks why she doesn’t train with the others. Nico wants everyone to train together so they are stronger together. Karolina gets annoyed saying they don’t have to be with each other 24/7. Nico decides to leave her alone.

Chase says he would have helped if Gert didn’t shut him out. Molly sees them and Gert asks Chase to keep this between them. As soon as Chase gets out of the car, he tells Molly exactly what Gert did.

Chase interrupts them to call a family meeting. He tells them that Jonah is looking for a new sacrifice and PRIDE is not board this time. He admits that his mom told him that information. Gert says some good came from her calling Janet. Chase then announces that he’s moving into his own room. Gert gets upset and leaves the family meeting.
The rest of the group starts wondering where Jonah will do the sacrifice. If PRIDE is not on board, that means the Wilders won’t let Jonah use their basement. Karolina says the sacrifice will take place at the church. There is a weekly ceremony going on that day. That will give them a chance to sneak in and stop Jonah. Nico asks Karolina if she is okay with losing Jonah and she says she is. Karolina also says she is going to move into her own room as well.
The Church of Gobborim are welcoming new initiates in a ceremony later that day. Frank (Kip Pardue) addresses the new congregates and announces Leslie’s return. Jonah sees them working together and summons them to his office. He needs a sacrifice, but the Deans refuse. Jonah attacks Frank’s character, calling him weak. Frank answers that he is weak no more. Jonah tells Leslie that his love for her has never dimmed. He asks if she is going to let him die. Leslie answers that she has made enough sacrifices for him. He can find his own sacrifice.

Geoffrey blows of some steam by boxing with his trainer. After their session, Geoffrey decides to sit in the sauna. He hears something fall and goes inside to investigate. Jonah is waiting for him. He has chose Geoffrey as his next sacrifice.
Janet shows the Yorkes her translations of Jonah’s abstract. The Yorkes want to find out if Jonah’s ship will cause an earthquake or not. If not, then they get the abstract and change the world. Janet thinks Jonah’s deal is too good to be true. She tells the Yorkes that she has a plan to shut down the ship. Stacy starts to break down. She rambles about PRIDE, Jonah and the kids. Janet tells the Yorkes that she saw Gert and she’s fine. That makes Stacy more upset that Janet saw Gert and didn’t call them sooner.
The Church of Gibborim starts their initiation. The ceiling starts glowing and the congregation is in awe of the light. Frank says it’s because of his partnership with Leslie, but Leslie knows it’s either Jonah or Karolina.
It’s Karolina. She is causing a distraction so the others can stop Jonah’s sacrifice. The rest of the kids find the room where Victor is in stasis. Nico stops the sacrifice and Molly opens the regeneration box. They are surprised to find Geoffrey Wilder inside. Molly picks up Geoffrey and they get ready to leave.

Chase wants to rescue Victor as well, but Alex says the tank may be the only thing keeping Victor alive. The ceremony is almost over, so they have to go. Chase is upset, telling Gert that he had to say goodbye to both of his parents that day. After they leave, Jonah wakes up. He got enough of Geoffrey’s energy to regenerate his face.
Later, Janet releases Victor from his tank. He’s happy to see her but their reunion is short. Janet says they need to get to work on shutting down Jonah’s ship. He’s the only person who can help her.
Back at the mansion, Chase is upgrading the fisticons when Gert walks in. She apologizes for hurting him and shutting him out. She says she feels trapped and it makes her scared. Chase says he is scared too, but he doesn’t feel like talking. So Gert leaves him alone.
Catherine calls Geoffrey, upset that he didn’t meet her. She leaves a message for him to call her. She’s mad, but concerned that something happened to him. Alex has Geoffrey tied up in a straight jacket. He wakes his dad up, saying he kidnapped Geoffrey. It’s Geoffrey’s turn to answer Alex’s questions. Alex makes the rules now because Geoffrey is in Alex’s house now.
Karolina comes clean to Nico about meeting with Jonah. She admits to caring for Jonah, but doesn’t trust him. So she went to her mom and she found something out. At first Karolina doesn’t want to tell Nico, saying she doesn’t want to disturb their happiness. Nico assures her that there’s nothing she could say that will change how they feel about each other. Karolina tells her that Jonah killed her sister Amy. Karolina feels better after telling her, but Nico is visibly upset.
