Someone must have been really excited about this news because it appears that Forbes accidentally published an article announcing that Diablo III would be coming to the Nintendo Switch later this year. Kotaku has since corroborated the news, so it must be real.
According to Kotaku the news was supposed to be embargoed until tomorrow so we don’t have any images to share with you, but it looks like the Switch players will get the Eternal Collection which includes Reaper of Souls and Rise of the Necromancer. There will also be extra in-game goodies such as a sweet Ganondorf skin. There will be different kinds of co-op modes that will support up to 4 players.

The Forbes article listed the price at $59.99 but we will confirm that tomorrow with the official announcement or, if the good folks at Blizzard are making a mad scramble to get the news out, maybe we will find out later today. Either way, this is incredible news for Switch players and for people who remember the good old days when Blizzard made games for the Nintendo.
