Jennifer in Remothered: Broken Porcelain.

For the first time this year I am happy to share news of a change to a game’s release date. Instead of getting pushed back, Modus Games announced today that Remothered: Broken Porcelain will be dropping early. It was originally set to release on October 20, 2020, but has since been moved up to October 13, 2020. Darril Arts and Stormind Games‘ terrifying sequel to Remothered: Tormented Fathers will continue the quest behind Celeste’s disappearance.

Why the late choice to push Remothered: Broken Porcelain forward? Shane Bierwith, the EVP at Modus Games, shared that, “While moving dates forward isn’t common, we’d like to allow horror fans to get their hands on Broken Porcelain early so players can have more time to experience all the great games releasing around Halloween.” Hey, you won’t see me complaining! This just means I get to dive into this story a whole week earlier than expected.

Remothered: Broken Porcelain changes the setting from the first game to the Ashmann Inn. This time around players will control Jen, who comes with her own set of special investigative abilities. We also get to see a brand new cast as well as a few fan favorites like the red nun. For those who haven’t had the chance to play Remothered: Tormented Fathers, you still have time. While you don’t have to play it in order to completely understand the story, it is an amazing game.

So get ready to be scared out of your pants, guys. Remothered: Broken Porcelain arrives on October 13, 2020 for PC through Steam, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
