After years of waiting, and a couple days of teases, Rockstar Games announced Red Dead Redemption 2. Two days after releasing a distressed, red Rockstar logo and the day after releasing a teaser image witch strongly hinted towards another Red Dead game (above), they released the image at the bottom with a small amount of information.
Developed by the creators of Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption, Red Dead Redemption 2 is an epic tale of life in the America’s unforgiving heartland. The game’s vast and atmospheric world will also provide the foundation for a brand new online multiplayer experience.
That’s all the information we have for now. Of course the question remains, will this follow a new character or will it have something to do with John Marston, the main character of 2010’s Red Dead Redemption?
We should get more information soon, a trailer is set to release on October 20, 11am EST. Not long to wait but, in the meantime, everyone start guessing.
