In Red Bird Lane, Sarandon will be portraying Catherine. Simply put, she is everything a host should be. Smart, charming and beautiful. Oh, we can’t forget to mention that she is also a murderer. Each of her guests come looking for something in particular. For example, Jane (Clemons) comes looking for drugs, Isabelle (Goreshter) for pleasure, and Hugh (Huston) for resolution. Everyone has a reason to knock on Catherine’s door.

John Wells will be serving as executive producer on Red Bird Lane. It is one of many projects Wells will be working on under his deal with Warner Bros. Television. Sara Gran is writing the pilot and David Slade will be directing. There is currently no release date for the series, but it will air on HBO Max.
