This past weekend saw Wondercon come to Los Angeles and, at this up-and-coming convention there was a Legends of Tomorrow panel where the CW and DC presented a trailer for the rest of this, their first season, and it looks to be epic.
We meet Jonah Hex (Johnathon Schaech), see the Legends fighting against assassins sent to kill their younger selves and some gigantic being attacking them, though it’s unclear who exactly it is they are up against. All we know is that Ray Palmer (Brandon Routh) appears to retrofit his techno-suit to make him grow to a gigantic size.
Also, we get our first look at Jewel Staite’s upcoming appearance as a robotic engineer named Rachel Turner, living in the future where, for some reason, Ray Palmer has been immortalized in marble.

New episodes return on March 31 with “Left Behind,” which sees the aftermath of what happened to Ray, Sara Lance (Caity Lotz) and Kendra Saunders (Ciara Renee) once the Waverider was forced to leave them behind for a couple years, leaving them stranded in the 1950’s.
Ray, Sara and Kendra are shocked after they watch the Waverider fly off without them, leaving them stranded in the ’50s. After waiting months for their teammates to come back, the three realize they must move on with their lives. Ray and Kendra bond as a couple but Sara decides to return to the League of Assassins and Ra’s al Ghul.
