The new streaming service Quibi launches on April 6th. Quibi was founded by Jeffrey Katzenburg and will offer “quick-bites” of original content. All content will come in 10 minute or less episodes. It’s the first entertainment platform designed specifically for mobile devices.
Quibi is offering a 90-day free trial, which will definitely be helpful in the age of social distancing. You can find more info on that, here. The new service has spent a tremendous amount of money on scripted and unscripted content which includes big names and big ideas. It’s all very exciting.
