SPOILERS FOR THIS WEEK’S THE FLASH LIE AHEAD.
We finally got to see a glimpse of Earth-2 on CW’s hit series, The Flash, this week! And, even worse than that, it’s not Jay Garrick who’s the hero of Central City here, it’s Harrison Wells!
And whatever happened to Dr. Martin Stein at the end of the episode we can only assume is leading up to him exploding in blue flame, which we’ve already seen in the trailers, leading sites like Comicbook.com to theorize that he could be Deathstorm could be coming.
Also, how about that ending with the two Flashes running by the brick pillar to rescue Patty Spivot?
On the tails of last night’s episode, we’ve got an extended preview for next week’s episode which sees the return of Captain Cold and the whole Snart family. It seems that this episode might bring us our first look at the Captain Cold that we’ll get in Legends of Tomorrow, seeing his loose set of ethics played against his father’s ruthless lack of them. It appears that Leonard Snart has a code that he plays by, but his father does not.
Also, Michael Ironside is Captain Cold’s father! How perfect is that?
MICHAEL IRONSIDE GUEST STARS AS LEWIS SNART — When Barry (Grant Gustin) and the team find out Captain Cold (guest star Wentworth Miller) has been kidnapped, they form an uneasy alliance with his sister, Lisa (guest star Peyton List). However, Barry feels double-crossed when he finds out Snart is working with his father, Lewis Snart (guest star Michael Ironside) on a heist. Meanwhile, Joe (Jesse L. Martin) is faced with a difficult decision.
