MUST WATCH: OK Go Defies Gravity in Their Video for Upside Down & Inside Out

Remember that video from OK Go where the band was on treadmills and did the most amazing choreographed video — all in one shot. The song was Here It Goes Again and I remember showing that video to my father who didn’t necessarily like rock music but I was sure he would appreciate the MASSIVE effort that went into the video. After he watched it, I asked “What did you think?” He responded after a long few seconds, “That made me very tired.” And, he was right. When you watch Here It Goes Again, you’re just in awe. Then, you have to watch it again. And again. And again. Your brain starts spinning while you think all the components of the video that had to be done correctly to make it work flawlessly. And then yes, you will feel tired. (You can see that famous video at the bottom of this post.)

OK Go has an incredible library full of videos that are all one shot, very choreographed, fun and brilliant. This week the band released a new video for the song Upside Down & Inside Out that is so completely original that it will bring you back to that first time you saw Here It Goes Again and it will leave your mouth agape.

The new video for Upside Down & Inside Out is done in zero gravity. That’s right, the band went up in a plane and did very complicated choreography in zero gravity that included flips, ballet, reverse push-ups, piñatas and paint balloons all while looking like they are having a blast!

I tell ya, between OK Go’s new video and scientists proving Einstein’s theory – it’s been a big week for gravity! GRAVITY WINS!

Hello, Dear Ones. Please enjoy our new video for “Upside Down & Inside Out”. A million thanks to S7 Airlines. #GravitysJustAHabit
