Onimusha (Season 1)
Set in the early Edo Period, when Japan was transitioning towards peace and warfare was fading into history, an aging Musashi embarks on a covert mission. Armed with the mythical “Oni Gauntlet,” Musashi embarks on an epic journey to vanquish the lurking demons.
You can watch Onimusha on Netflix starting November 2, 2023.
Blue Eye Samurai (Season 1)
In 17th-century Japan, when borders were closed to the outside world, citizens would never see a face that was not Japanese, except in rare cases of illegal trade. Our hero, Mizu, knows there were only four white men in Japan at the time of her birth and sets off to kill these men, one of whom might be her father, who made her a “creature of shame.” But revenge is not an option for women, so Mizu must forge her revenge quest while hiding her gender and her blue eyes.
We shall see what fate has in store for Blue Eye Samurai, streaming exclusively on Netflix starting November 3, 2023.

Akuma Kun (Season 1)
Akuma Kun follows the story of a boy trying to create a society where humanity realizes its true potential and lives happily with the help of some unlikely allies. This is the manga’s second chance at an anime in its 50-year runtime. Perhaps it will find a new audience, though be aware of its mature themes and dark tone.
You can watch Akuma Kan on Netflix starting on November 9, 2023.
Scott Pilgrim Takes Off (Season 1)
Gather all the manic-pixie dream girls because Scott Pilgrim Takes Off is finally coming out this month. Pretty much all you need to know about this is that it will be a shot-for-shot remake of the movie with the amazing art style of the comic. Oh yeah, and the entire cast from Edgar Wright’s live-action adaptation has returned to reprise their roles.
We will be counting down the days until Scott Pilgrim Takes Off takes over Netflix on November 17, 2023.
