This week, we are highlighting two of our favorite comfy WEBTOON reads. First, we have SgtBaconBurger’s Nina Lives Alone. The comedy series follows Nina, a young adult who does one of the most terrifying things in the world—living alone. But not just living, Nina is going through life taking care of herself, from home maintenance to taking classes and working at the same time, to trying to keep a small animal alive. Really, how hard could it be?

Have you ever wondered if everyone else in the world thinks adulting is hard? Nina is here to confirm that it is. Nina Lives Alone is a heartfelt funny series to remind readers that life isn’t all that bad, it just sucks sometimes. Adulting is hard, and we should reward ourselves when we accomplish something small but scary. And one reward could be reading all the chapters of this series. You could even treat yourself to a nap afterwards.

Nina Lives Alone updates every Tuesday and Saturday. Readers can find it on the official WEBTOON page.

This week’s second series comes from the slice of life category of WEBTOON. Harry Amoros’ Ingrid the Plague Doctor follows the adorable Ingrid. She had other plans, but sometimes things don’t go how we want them to. Like moving to a new town to relax. Except this town doesn’t have a plague doctor, and even though Ingrid isn’t licensed, she is taking a chance that no one finds out. The question is, can she survive this wild town?

Who doesn’t love a cute, adorable, hilarious plague doctor trying to make her way through life? Ingrid the Plague Doctor is another series we knew we would like, but instantly fell in love with it. Each chapter reads quickly but always hits the mark. The artstyle is simple but fits the storytelling exceptionally well. With over 300 chapters currently available, there is more than enough content to binge over a relaxing weekend.

Ingrid the Plague Doctor is currently on hiatus. Readers can catch up on the series on the official WEBTOON page.
