Marvel has released, not only a synopsis for their first episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. but some photos that also help tell the full story. Obviously we’ll have to wait until the Season Three premiere on September 29th to get the whole story, but in the mean time, it appears that Constance Zimmer’s organization is tracking a newly surfaced Inhuman who has no idea what’s going on with him, as he appears frightened and confused.
We also see that Coulson is there, played by actor Clark Gregg, tracking him, as incognito as possible.
We also see Chloe Bennett as Daisy Johnson, Henry Simmons as Alphonso “Mack” MacKenzie and Luke Mitchell as the electricity controlling Inhuman Lincoln Campbell who is, apparently, a doctor now. It’s likely that they’re looking in to an Inhuman at the hospital.
Also, in other news, the official synopsis for the season premiere is out and it finally offers up a name for Constance Zimmer’s character — Rosalind Price. There is no character in the comics that goes by that name, so it’s unlikely that this character is actually based on anyone in particular. It seems likely that she’ll play a similar role to Edward James Olmos in the Second Season, an ally that initially appears to be an antagonist for a few episodes.

“Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” returns for an action-packed third season on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network, with Director Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg) and Agent Daisy Johnson (Chloe Bennet) leading the charge as S.H.I.E.L.D. searches the world for more powered people in the aftermath of their epic battle with Jiaying and her army of Inhumans. However, Coulson and the team soon find out that they are not the only group looking for these new Inhumans.
On the season premiere episode, “Laws of Nature,” when Coulson and the team discover a new Inhuman, S.H.I.E.L.D. comes face to face with another organization searching for powered people. And still reeling from Simmons’ dramatic disappearance, Fitz goes to extreme lengths to try to learn how to get her back.
