And now, hot off the presses, we’ve got your Suicide Squad news!
That’s right, Yahoo News, ahead of tonight’s CW Special which, according to Kevin Smith, will show us our next Suicide Squad trailer, we’ve got a new poster showing us the entire team, including Enchantress (Kara Delevigne), The Joker (Jared Leto) and Amanda Waller (Viola Davis).
We’ve also got Killer Croc (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje), Katana (Karen Fukuhara), Col. Rick Flagg (Joel Kinnaman), Deadshot (Will Smith), Captain Boomerang (Jai Courtney) and, of course, Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie).
It’s also good to see Adam Beach in there as Slipknot, a master assassin who specializes in the use of ropes, as well as as Jay Hernandez as Diablo who has the power of pyrokinesis — able to generate and control fire.
They’re all looking up at us in the shape of that smiling happy skull. Except that they form the skull.
If you’re excited about this film, then you’ll want to stay glued to the CW network tonight. At the very least, pay attention to your internets because the trailer is certain to hit soon the web after it airs on television.
Amanda Waller let’s the team loose and onto the streets to save the world in exchange for clean records later this year, in August!
