We’ve got a new poster for Netflix’s big, up-coming Marvel series, Jessica Jones, which comes out on November 20th. For those of you keeping track, that’s next Friday.
The poster features our titular hero, the private investigator Jessica Jones, played by Krysten Ritter, staring straight ahead as the malevolent, evil, awful twister of truths, Kilgrave, played by David Tennant, whispers in her ear.
It’s a brilliant image that very much embodies the story of what’s going on with Jessica throughout this entire series. Even though Kilgrave isn’t physically with Jessica at all times, the aftermath of what he’s done to her in the past never leaves her. That trauma is always… whispering in her ear.
Also, there’s a nice nod to The Avengers in the background with Avengers Tower prominently in the background.
