Zoe Saldana is back for another season of Lioness on Paramount+. The nostalgia for that magical family will soon end when the Russo siblings return to Wizards Beyond Waverly Place. And a new animated Barbie series premieres on Netflix.

October 27 – Special Ops: Lioness
A cartel takes a high-ranking government official, so the QRF team must embark on an extraction mission with Joe and Kyle. Afterward, Joe must travel to Iraq with her team when a new Lioness is identified. Zoe Saldana is back for another season, premiering with two episodes of Special Ops: Lioness this week.
Special Ops: Lioness Season 2 premieres Saturday, October 27 at 3/2 am on Paramount+.

October 27 – Somebody Somewhere
Bridget Everett leads a new season of Somebody Somewhere. During the premiere, Sam finds that singing is the best coping mechanism for not fitting the mold. This latest venture takes her on a self-discovery journey.

October 29 – Wizards Beyond Waverly Place
If you are one of the many viewers who grew up watching The Wizards of Waverly Place and have missed the show ever since it ended, this week will bring those childhood days back. David Henrie and Selena Gomez are back playing the Russo siblings on the newest addition to the franchise: Wizards Beyond Waverly Place. The first two episodes will set the mood for the latest adventure, with Alex bringing a mischievous student to Justin, hoping he will come out of retirement.

October 30 – Murder Mindfully
Tom Schilling leads Netflix’s newest murder comedy as an attorney turned murderer after a mindfulness seminar. While he attended the seminar to find a work-life balance that would give him quality time with his daughter and save his marriage, Björn applies the lessons with a mafia boss client of his. However, he realizes that murder is only a small price to pay to reach his goal.
Murder Mindfully premieres Wednesday, October 30 at 3/2 am on Netflix.
October 30 – The Manhattan Alien Abduction
If alien abductions intrigue you, then you won’t want to miss Netflix’s newest documentary. The Manhattan Alien Abduction looks into the story of a woman in Manhattan who claims to have been abducted by aliens. The goal of the documentary is to discover if the claim was a hoax or if it could be considered as proof of alien life.
The Manhattan Alien Abduction premieres Wednesday, October 30 at 3/2 am on Netflix.

October 31 – The Diplomat
The Diplomat returns to Netflix this week with six new episodes. After an incredible Season 1 finale, the show returns to change everything viewers believed they knew so far. The political drama will spice things up and shake things around to ensure viewers continue engaging with the story and the characters. What could possibly go wrong?
The Diplomat Season 2 premieres Thursday, October 31 at 3/2 am on Netflix.
November 1 – Barbie Mysteries
If you are wondering when there will be too much Barbie content, Netflix continues to add to the list of Barbie stories that never get old. This time around, Barbie Mysteries focuses on Brooklyn and Malibu. The two girls go on a trip through the English countryside with their horses, Pepper and Tornado. The dreamy adventure takes a turn for the worst when the horses are taken, and they must figure out by who.

November 1 – Music by John Williams
Music has always been an essential part of movies, particularly Disney movies. Everyone who is obsessed with movie soundtracks can tell you they know the name John Williams and the work he has done. Now, Laurent Bouzereau directs a documentary about John Williams’s music.

November 1 – A Carol for Two
The time has come for Hallmark Channel fans to get in the holiday mood with their long list of newest movies. Everyone knows Hallmark does a great job of spreading the holiday joy. This week, A Carol for Two becomes the center of the channel with Ginna Claire-Mason, Jordan Litz and Charlotte d’Amboise. The movie follows a singer with Broadway dreams who works at a legendary theater district diner. Can this be the setting for a Christmasy love triangle?

November 2 – Our Holiday Story
Next on Hallmark’s list is Our Holiday Story with Nikki DeLoach and Warren Christie. Two couples’ storylines intertwine as one struggles to say “I love you” and the other retells the story of how they first fell in love. Christmas festivals, nemeses, and love all help this movie come to life, creating the perfect holiday mood.
