Welcome to another edition of What’s New on TV. This week, several series are streaming for the first time. Get ready because things are about to get good.

Melissa Rauch is back in court for Season 3 of Night Court. Everyone’s favorite college girls are back — with Reneé Rapp no longer being a series regular — on The Sex Lives of College Girls. And Hallmark Channel continues its Christmas movies streak with Three Wiser Men and a Boy.

Some exciting series, including Dune: Prophecy, are premiering this week. Here’s what’s new on TV for November 17-23.

NEW ON TV, NOVEMBER 17-23

November 17 – Dune: Prophecy

Are you a fan of the Dune movies? Then you might want to tune into HBO or stream on Max the newest addition to the franchise, Dune: Prophecy. Even though the series can be connected to the movies, it is not based on a book like them. The series takes place 10,000 years before Paul Atreides ascended and follows the Harkonnen sisters.

Dune: Prophecy premieres Sunday, November 17 at 9/8c on HBO and Max.

November 17 – Landman

Billy Bob Thornton is the leading man in Paramount+’s newest series, Landman. The show is the story of Tommy Norris, a crisis executive who tries to make his company more successful during a fuelling boom in West Texas. Can he succeed among billionaires trying to make themselves richer off the oil business?

Landman premieres Sunday, November 17 at 3/2 am on Paramount+.

November 18 – Jingle Bell Love

After his wife’s passing, Jack Cooper believes the best way to spend the holidays is bringing his 10-year-old daughter back to his hometown. While focused on making his daughter happy, he realizes his plan might backfire. Her only wish? Matching him with a local shopowner.

Jingle Bell Love premieres Monday, November 18 at 3/2 am on Roku.

November 19 – Night Court

NBC’s spin-off sitcom is back for its third season this week. The first episode finds Abby investigating Dan because she believes he is her boyfriend’s father. Meanwhile, Dan encounters someone from his past as a new prosecutor, played by Wendie Malick.

Night Court Season 3 premieres Tuesday, November 19 at 8:30/7:30c on NBC.

November 19 – Interior Chinatown

Chloe Bennet, Jimmy O. Yang and Ronny Chieng are part of Hulu’s newest show, Interior Chinatown. The series follows the life of a background character who finds himself stuck in a police procedural. While trapped, he discovers secrets that reveal more about the world he is in and his family’s history.

Interior Chinatown premieres Tuesday, November 19 at Midnight/11c on Hulu.

November 20 – Adoration

Are you intrigued by crime, disappearances and secrets? Then, Netflix’s newest show will be perfect for you. Set in Latina, a town south of Rome, Adoration follows a small community after a 16-year-old girl goes missing. While her friends and family try to figure out her movements before she disappears, secrets come to light, disrupting the town’s peace.

Adoration premieres Wednesday, November 20 at 3/2 am on Netflix.

November 21 – The Sex Lives of College Girls

For two seasons, these college girls have entertained viewers with their crazy experiences. While they discovered themselves and learned to navigate the first steps of adulthood, viewers got to grow with them and fall in love with each character. Now, Pauline Chalamet, Amrit Kaur and Alyah Chanelle Scott return to college, while Reneé Rapp steps down from being a series regular.

The Sex Lives of College Girls Season 3 premieres Thursday, November 21 at 9/8c on MAX.

November 21 – Cruel Intentions

This new TV show’s title may catch your attention and bring back memories of a famous ’90s movie. Sarah Catherine Hook and Zac Burgess lead the cast of Cruel Intentions. As step-siblings in a Manchester college, Caroline and Lucien will do everything in their power to stay on top of the social ladder. This could even mean seducing a Vice President’s daughter.

Cruel Intentions premieres Thursday, November 21 at 3/2 am on Prime Video.

November 22 – Blitz

Saoirse Ronan works alongside Elliott Heffernan to tell young George’s story. Blitz follows George as he evacuates to the countryside with his mother to escape from World War II’s bombing. However, George isn’t happy in the countryside, so he runs away to return to his home. Rita searches for him as the war goes on.

Blitz premieres Friday, November 22 at Midnight/11c on Apple TV+.

November 22 – The Empress

The Empress tells the story of Elisabeth after her rebellion leads her to fall in love with Emperor Franz and marry him. The second season of this German show will continue to surprise viewers with the intricate secrets of the Viennese court.

The Empress Season 2 premieres Friday, November 22 at 3/2 am on Netflix.

November 22 – Pokémon Horizons: The Series

If the Pokémon world is something you are interested in, you’ll be happy to know Netflix is releasing a three-part series of this franchise. Pokémon Horizons: The Series will follow two adventurers as they visit new lands, reveal ancient mysteries and come across Pokémon they have never seen before.

Pokémon Horizons: The Series premieres Friday, November 22 at 3/2 am on Netflix.

November 23 – Three Wiser Men and a Boy

Paul Campbell, Tyler Hynes, Andrew Walker and Margaret Colin star in Hallmark’s newest Christmas movie, Three Wiser Men and a Boy. After Luke’s son’s musical director steps down from the school holiday musical, he asks his brothers to help him direct it. Meanwhile, the three brothers must navigate their feelings as they are introduced to their mother’s new boyfriend. All while still finding a way to celebrate Christmas, Brenner-style.

Three Wiser Men and a Boy premieres Saturday, November 23 at 8/7c on Hallmark Channel.
