We’re getting closer to the release date of the remastered version of L.A. Noire and today Rockstar Games released the 4K launch trailer.

The story follows Detective Cole Phelps as he rises through the LAPD ranks by solving a series of cases. With each case he solves, he begins to unravel a much larger scheme.

What is amazing about this game is that Rockstar took the time to design 1947 Los Angeles as true to life as possible and the characters models are based off the voice actors who portray them. The game is open world, so you can spend hours driving down the streets of old Hollywood and the surrounding areas. The game mixes open world “missions” with an engaging single-player story as we look deeper into Cole Phelps’ (Aaron Stanton) personal life and his struggles with moral ambiguity that was a part of everyday life.

The Ultra 4K trailer is for those who will be playing this game on the Xbox One X or PlayStation4 Pro. The images are sharper and more refined, and the remastered version is certainly making us forget that this game was originally released in 2011 for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.

L.A. Noire will be released on November 14th for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. There will also be 7 select cases available for VR with L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files for HTC Vive.
