If you remember at the end of the last season of Gotham, Barbara Kean, the one time fiance to Jim Gordon, was forced to kill her parents by the villain known as “The Ogre,” which lead to a psychotic break. Jealous of Dr. Leslie Thompkins, she insisted that she stay under her care only to pull a knife on her after she admitted to killing her parents.
Remember all of that?
Well the new promo for the second season of Gotham, put out by Fox and premiering on September 22nd, focuses on Barbara, played by actress Erin Richards. It’s entitled “Bad Can Be Beautiful,” and it seems to promise that Barbara is fully in the villain camp for this season, especially since she seems to be getting somewhat cozy with Maybe-Joker, Jerome, in Arkham Asylum.
