HBO gave us the sweetest Valentine’s Day gift, a new teaser for Game of Thrones. Season 6 that is ripe for much speculation. The teaser take us to the Hall of Faces which lies in House of Black and White.

Here’s the fun part. We then get an ‘In Memoriam” look at those lives that have been lost on Game of Thrones. This is not the wonderful tongue and cheek one we saw recently with Orphan Black. This one is nice and creepy.
We see the faces of the lost and hear important lines that they uttered when they were alive. These lines mirror who the lost were when alive. We see the Starks – Ned, Catelyn and Robb. We also see Joffrey, Stannis, Ygritte and …………………….. Yes! We see Jon Snow. So at this point your mind is spinning. Are they saying that Jon Snow is dead? We know Kit Harington has been filming so is he coming back as a White Walker? Or in a Lady Stoneheart way? I mean, Melisandre was there so anything can happen. Or he could be filming flashbacks – that’s been rumored as well. Okay. Enough with the digression. Back to the teaser – You get really worried towards the end because they show Tyrion. Wait, what? Will Tyrion be dying? As the camera pulls out, you can breathe a sigh of relief because we see most of the main characters in the Hall of Faces – Daenerys, Sansa, Jaime, Cersei and Ayra.
So, we are left with no concrete answers. Did we expect anything less?
