That Time I Got Drunk and Yeeted a Love Potion at a Werewolf by Kimberly Lemming
Unlucky-in-love cheesemaker Brie mistakenly throws a love potion at a stranger who turns out to be a lactose-intolerant werewolf. Now Brie must convince the enamored werewolf that they’re not fated mates, but victims of a potion. However, having a handsome man doing her chores and showering compliments proves to be an unexpected new turn in Brie’s complicated romantic misadventures.
Kimberly Lemming’s new book release comes right on the heels of the last one, That Time I Got Drunk and Saved a Demon. And don’t worry, there’ll be a follow-up to That Time I Got Drunk and Yeeted a Love Potion at a Werewolf soon, too.
The Absinthe Underground by Jamie Pacton
In the Belle Époque city of Severon, runaway Sybil longs for a thrilling life of freedom with her best friend Esme. When they set out to steal rare posters for cash, Maeve, a Green Fairie, catches them in the act. Maeve offers them financial freedom in return for a daring heist in the Fae realm. Despite their suspicions, Sybil and Esme know the risky adventure is too good of an offer to pass up.
I’ve seen descriptions of The Absinthe Underground as Moulin Rouge meets Holly Black, and I’m intrigued. Jamie Pacton’s new book release will be a cozy fantasy romance full of pining and Art Deco aesthetics.

Trials of Empire by Richard Swan
As the Empire of the Wolf crumbles, Sir Konrad Vonvalt and Helena try to save their home by seeking allies beyond its borders. The wolfmen of the southern plains and the pagan clans in the north may hold salvation, but old hate runs deep. Trials of Empire is the dramatic conclusion to the Empire of the Wolf trilogy. Richard Swan’s series has transformed from a legal thriller to medieval horror, and this sequel takes everything to new heights.
