We are one month away from the premiere of Avengers: Endgame and Marvel has released 32 character posters with the tagline, “Avenge the Fallen.” There is a noticeable difference though…those who survived are in full color, while those who perished are in black and white.
So we know who survived at the end of Avengers: Infinity War. And we’ve seen Scott Lang’s (Paul Rudd) and Carol Danvers (Brie Larson) at Avengers HQ. These new character posters reveal that Pepper Potts (Gwyneth Paltrow), Happy Hogan (Jon Favreau), Wong (Benedict Wong), and Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson) also survived the Snapture. The posters also confirm the deaths of Shuri (Letitia Wright) and the Wasp/Hope van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly).
This is the first mention of Valkyrie since Thor: Ragnarok. As for Shuri, fans were hoping she survived to become the next Black Panther. Sadly that’s not the case. There’s still hope we will see the Fallen again real soon!
I’m sure there will be many more reveals as we get closer to the premiere. For now, you can check out the character posters below.
Avengers: Endgame premieres in theaters on April 26.
