Ant-Man and The Wasp promotion is in full effect as we have a brand new clip from the film thanks to Marvel. The first Ant-Man film had a bit of fun with what they could do with Pym tech but with what we’ve seen – it’s going to be cranked up to 11. So much so that chase scenes are going to feature it, as we’ve seen in the trailers. Now we have a longer look at what’s to come.
In the clip, we see The Wasp (Evangeline Lilly) say that it’s time for a change of plans. She whips her van around and they rocket off to get away from the pursuing bad guys, led by Sonny Burch (Walton Goggins). It appears that everyone’s aware that the Pym lab has been shrunken down into carriable form because Burch commands his men to get the lab by any means necessary. That’s when the pursuing vehicles know they messed with the wrong van as they shrink and resize it to throw them off (sometimes literally).

I’m really looking forward to seeing all the things they do with the Pym tech. There are a few visual gags that we’ve already seen but they were the best part of the original film. That Thomas the Tank Engine scene still cracks me up! The film’s been advertised to be funny but pretty action-heavy so they have a lot more things they can show off. I’d also like to know why exactly everyone is after the lab. I feel like Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) made a big discovery in the Quantum Realm. But we’ll have to wait and see!
