Get ready to fall in love with and spend your days pining over a brand new WEBTOON from Kit Trace and Kate Flynn! They announced last month that they had been working on a new series called Nevermore. And like the best gift-givers in the world, they also shared a few shots from the upcoming series too. They have been holding me over as I patiently waited to learn more. And then today, they dropped another bomb on us! The series is set to drop next month!
Nevermore is a sapphic gothic horror romance that marries together pining and sabotage. Go ahead, reread that sentence; I’ll wait. Good? Did you instantly fall in love with it too? I thought you would. They also shared that the story has a pretty exciting setting, purgatory. And that is all we know so far. But do we really need to know more? Trace and Flynn had me in the palm of their hands at “sapphic gothic horror.” Plus, they could write an entire story about the most mundane thing and I would spend all my money on coins to fast pass it.

For those worrying that the upcoming release of Nevermore would mean that their other WEBTOON series Shiloh is coming to an end – don’t. Trace and Flynn shared that their supernatural thriller isn’t close to being done and that both series will run simultaneously. If you haven’t read Shiloh (WHY?!), you still have time to catch up before Nevermore begins. It updates every Saturday and can be read here! Hopefully, as the release date of Nevermore looms closer, we will be getting more information like who these lovely ladies are and why they are in purgatory.
Nevermore will drop onto WEBTOON beginning March 3, 2022. Trace and Flynn have a Discord server where they are sharing tons of more fun details and previews of the series.
