Disenchantment
From the mind of Matt Groening comes Disenchantment! This animated series is not for the children! Produced by Netflix, Disenchantment follows the adventures of “hard-drinking princess” Bean (Abbi Jacobson), her elf companion, Elfo (Nat Faxon), and her friendly demon, Luci (Eric Andre). Bean is off to figure out who she is, declaring there has to be more to life than just getting married. Watch the new show from the creator of The Simpsons and Futurama on August 17th!
From Netflix: Princess duties call, but she’d rather be drinking. Free-spirited Bean exasperates the king as she wreaks havoc with her demon and elf pals. Matt Groening’s animated fantasy series features a stellar vocal cast, including Abbi Jacobson, Nat Faxon and Eric Andre.

Batman Begins
Who doesn’t love Batman? Christopher Nolan‘s Dark Knight trilogy began with Batman Begins, which is on its way to Netflix! Nolan rebooted the caped crusader’s tale for a new generation, ditching the vibrant and comical slant of the previous film versions in favor of a darker and edgier vigilante tale. Batman Begins is the origin story for Batman and playboy billionaire Bruce Wayne (Christian Bale, Mowgli); it follows Wayne from the child witnessing his parents’ murder on through his self discovery and ultimately up to wearing the cowl. The film also stars Michael Caine (Kingsman: The Secret Service) as Alfred Pennyworth, Gary Oldman (Darkest Hour) as Officer James Gordon, Katie Holmes (Ray Donovan) as love interest Rachel Dawes, Liam Neeson (Widows) as Henri Ducard, and Cillian Murphy (Peaky Blinders) as Dr. Jonathan Crane / Scarecrow. Batman Begins lands on Netflix on August 1st!
From Warner Bros. / DC: After training with his mentor, Batman begins his fight to free crime-ridden Gotham City from the corruption that Scarecrow and the League of Shadows have cast upon it.
