We are less than a week away from the release of Netflix and Mike Flanagan‘s adaptation of The Midnight Club. The horror series is based on the novels of the same name by Christopher Pike and centers on a group of kids living in the Brightcliffe Manor hospice center. To help come to terms with the end of their days, a club is formed that meets in the library and tells ghost stories. They form a pact that when one eventually dies, they will do everything in their power to contact the others from the world of the dead.

The Midnight Club‘s terminally ill teens will be played by Iman Benson, Igby Rigney, Ruth Codd, Annarah Shephard, William Chris Sumpter, Adia and Aya Furukawa. They are joined by Sauriyan Sapkota, Matt Biedel, Samantha Sloyan, Zach Gilford, Rahul Kohli and Heather Langenkamp. During the TUDUM Event last week, we were gifted a full-length trailer. Today, we received the final teaser to help set the tone for the upcoming season.

It serves as an introduction to The Midnight Club‘s Brightcliffe Manor. A place where the teens can relax and enjoy the final chapter of their lives. As the teaser moves on, we watch as the teens in question are anything but relaxed as supernatural entities terrorize them and us. It gives us an excellent idea of the tone Flanagan is trying to set. The man has a gift for creating horror series. Just look at The Haunting of Hill House, The Haunting of Bly Manor and Midnight Mass as examples of his skills. We are excited to see how The Midnight Club deals with death and horror.

The Midnight Club is set to hit Netflix on October 7, 2022. Check out the final teaser below. Would you settle into Brightcliffe Manor? Let us know in the comments below and on social media!
