Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns
From the award-winning NetherRealm Studios comes Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns, an expansion that continues the cinematic narrative with new Story mode chapters. Titan Havik emerges from an alternate timeline and threatens Liu Kang’s New Era of Peace. The Fire God must rally his champions and gather new allies before Havik drags the realms into total khaos.

New Playable Characters
Khaos Reigns adds to the growing roster of playable characters, with Cyrax, Sektor and Noob Saibot making their return in Kombat Pack 2. Each character includes a unique backstory that fits into the current Mortal Kombat 1 Universe.
Play as the reimagined Cyrax, a young Lin Kuei warrior enhanced with cybernetic technology. Sektor is also a Lin Kuei warrior and Cyrax’s mentor. She is a master armorer and Sub-Zero’s most trusted lieutenant. Last but definitely not least is Noob Saibot, the shadowy henchman created from Bi-Han’s (aka Sub-Zero) soul. He is dedicated to spreading anarchy alongside Havik.
Kombat Pack 2 also brings a new batch of guest fighters. First is Ghostface, the masked murderer from the Scream films, voiced by Roger L. Jackson. Next is the T-1000, the deadly cybernetic assassin from Terminator 2: Judgment Day, which features the voice and likeness of actor Robert Patrick. Finally, there’s Conan the Barbarian, featuring the likeness of Arnold Schwarzenegger. The three guest fighters will be released at a later date.

Animalities and More
Everyone who owns Mortal Kombat 1 will have access to a free content update. This update includes the long-awaited return of Animalities, the fan-favorite finishing moves that allow all playable characters to morph into their spirit animal and annihilate defeated opponents. Also returning are the Towers of Time, with an ongoing rotation of challenges and events. Additionally, players will receive four new arenas: Chaoseum, Night Market, The Maze and Havik’s Citadel.
Twitch Drops
Exclusive rewards will be available via Twitch Drops for all Mortal Kombat 1 owners from September 24 through October 1. These rewards include the Fiery Amaranth and Iris Inferno character palettes for Kameo Fighter Scorpion. Also, the Weird Phlox and Palatinate Cyborg character palettes for Kameo Fighter Cyrax. Finally, the Amethyst Demon and Indigo Girl character palettes for Kameo Fighter Sareena.
Get Khaos Reigns Today
For players who already own the base game, the Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns Expansion is available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC for $49.99 and Nintendo Switch for $39.99. It includes the Story mode expansion and six playable characters from Kombat Pack 2. Cyrax, Sektor and Noob Saibot are available now. Additionally, the expansion gives players one-week early access to guest fighters Ghostface, T-1000 and Conan the Barbarian, whose release is to be determined.

Current Mortal Kombat 1 owners can also get the Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns Bundle, available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC for $59.99 and Nintendo Switch for $49.99. This bundle includes the Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns Expansion and Kombat Pack 1 (in case you haven’t grabbed it yet). Kombat Pack 1 features Omni-Man, Quan Chi, Peacemaker, Ermac, Homelander and Takeda Takahashi. Also included are Kameo Fighters Tremor, Khameleon, Janet Cage, Mavado and Ferra, and the Jean-Claude Van Damme character skin for Johnny Cage.
New players can join the fight with the Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns Kollection, available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC for $89.99 and Nintendo Switch for $79.99. The Kollection includes Mortal Kombat 1, Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns Expansion, Kombat Pack 1 and 1,250 Dragon Krystals (in-game currency).

Pre-Order Bonus
All players who pre-ordered any of the packs, including Khaos Reigns, will receive four new character skins. These include Wedding Scorpion, Empress Mileena and Klassic Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 versions of Sub-Zero and Noob Saibot.
