We are here! At that time of the year where some really good and geeky television will grace our various types of screens!

There are shows returning from Winter breaks, there are new mid-season show premieres and there are show that are coming down the pike later this year.

Here’s a compiled list of all the geeky television shows (and some that aren’t so geeky but just plain good) that are a-coming our way throughout 2015. I’ll give you a summary of the new shows and I’ve put stars by my favorites and the ones I’m looking forward to!

May 14 – Wayward Pines, Thursdays on Fox

Childhood’s End – 2015 on Syfy ***

Dark Matter – 2015 on Syfy
The crew of a derelict spaceship is awakened from stasis with no memories of who they are or how they got on board. Facing threats at every turn, they have to work together to survive a voyage charged with vengeance, betrayal and hidden secrets.

The Expanse – 2015 on Syfy***
A thriller set two hundred years in the future, The Expanse follows the case of a missing young woman who brings a hardened detective and a rogue ship’s captain together in a race across the solar system to expose the greatest conspiracy in human history.

Humans – 2015 on AMC
In a parallel present where the latest must-have gadget for any busy family is a ‘Synth’ – a highly-developed robotic servant that’s so similar to a real human it’s transforming the way we live.

Killjoys – 2015 on Syfy
Killjoys follows a fun-loving, hard living trio of interplanetary bounty hunters sworn to remain impartial as they chase deadly warrants throughout the Quad, a distant system on the brink of a bloody, multiplanetary class war.

Sense8 – 2015 on Netflix
A group of people around the world are suddenly linked mentally, and must find a way to survive being hunted by those who see them as a threat to the world’s order.

Westworld – 2015 on HBO
Two guests at a high-tech amusement park go on a wild west adventure. The park is peopled by robots and is designed to provide a 100% life like experience simulating Roman times, cowboy times, and medieval times. When the park’s central computer breaks down, the robots start to run amok and our two guests find themselves stalked by a robot gunslinger.
