We haven’t seen the last of Loretta Durkin! Academy Award winner Meryl Streep will officially return for season 4 of Only Murders in the Building. Read on to find out what we know about the new season so far.
Only Murders in the Building follows three residents of the Arconia apartment building. Although they start out as strangers, Charles (Steve Martin), Mabel (Selena Gomez) and Oliver (Martin Short), like many Americans, bond over their obsession with true crime podcasts. When bodies begin turning up at the Arconia, they suspect murder and set off to solve the potential murders while creating a podcast of their own.

So far we don’t know much about season 4, but Disney Television Group President Craig Erwich told Deadline that Charles, Mabel and Oliver will start the season in Los Angeles before returning to New York City. This is a great way to bring Streep back into the show, as season 3 ended with her heading to L.A. for a Grey’s Anatomy spin-off. With Mabel’s boyfriend Tobert (Jesse Williams) also going to L.A. for work, it’s the perfect excuse to get the entire gang together on the West Coast.
