Here are the greatest moments in Star Wars since 2014. Why start at such a random year, you ask? Well, not only is it Star Wars Day, it is Geek Girl Authority’s third anniversary!
Since we launched, in 2014, Star Wars had made a comeback in a huge way. Disney acquired the property from George Lucas in 2012 and in 2014 a lot happened. I’m not saying that GGA launching in 2014 had anything to do with it, except that I am saying exactly that.

2015
The outdoor Star Wars Concert at San Diego Comic-Con
A Star Wars Themed Land at Disneyland and Rogue One are announced
And the Star Wars movie that we had all dreamed of, is released
2016
The Star Wars Show web series launches
Darth Vader and Ahsoka Face Off in Star Wars Rebels
Rogue One Premiers and blows our minds!
We lost the princess that started it all
2017
