Who knew Netflix’s Bridgerton and Zack Snyder could ever find themselves in the same sentence? Well, Leslie Jones did! During last night’s MTV Movie Awards Jones decided that she wanted her own reenactment of the infamous wedding night scene. Just as things steam up and Regé-Jean Page begins his rather wordy seduction, Jones tells him to hurry it on up!

But wait! Jones thinks things are going too fast, like most of the steamy scenes in Bridgerton and decides she knows exactly what her reenactment needs. The Snyder Cut treatment! Cue the screen size shrink, the shift to the sepia color palette and the slow motion. Ah, now it’s perfect. Perfect enough to make Jones’ fabulous wig quack! Jones is seriously a comedic genius.
During the awards, Page went on to win Breakthrough Performance for his role in Bridgerton, though I think we all know that Jones stole the show in their little skit. We’ve included the skit below for your enjoyment! Filming for season two has already kicked off, so now is the perfect time to rebinge season one or watch it for the very first time!
