Legion M isn’t just any entertainment company, they are the very first fan owned entertainment company! This means that normal everyday people like you and I can invest our money in their projects. Legion M searches for projects then brings them in to be discussed and voted on by the investor community. During the last round of investments, Legion M saw its most successful time yet, culminating in a sold out, oversubscribed round with a record number of new investors. Legion M has raised over more than $5 million through equity crowdfunding. This allowed more than 10,000 fan-investors to feel a part of the latest Nicolas Cage thriller Mandy and also some upcoming original projects like The Girl with No Name and Evermor.

It is never too late to get into the action! Actually now is the perfect time. Yesterday Legion M announced that its fourth round of the JOBS Act Fundraising, which allows small businesses to raise capital through public fundraising, will begin processing reservations on Friday November 16! If you are even the least bit interested, I recommend getting yourself on the list now. You can make a non-binding agreement that allows you to save your space, but keep the security that you can change your mind. The investment is a minimum of $100 and gives you the ability to invest in something you will love. You can follow the link here to get yourself set up. They already have over 5,000 reservations set up and plan on taking more.
The goal is to reach $1.25 million during this round and they are legally capped at $2.5 million. Legion M plans on using the investments to help grow the company by investing in even more projects, which Legion M investors will all have a say through the company’s M-Pulse technology. Since their fundraising is regulated by the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) investors may only invest during specific rounds. This will be the final round for 2018, the fourth in the companies two and half year history. If you aren’t ready to make the financial commitment just yet don’t worry. They plan on having future rounds that will give more people the chance to make an investment too!
