Law & Order: Special Victims Unit 

Law & Order: Special Victims Unit continues tonight with Season 26, Episode 14, “The Grid Plan.” A tourist is visiting New York from the Midwest when she is viciously attacked in Times Square. Even though the squad is working on gathering the evidence to catch the perp, the victim decides to take matters into her own hands.

While the team works to make sure they can bring the suspect to justice, Carisi (Peter Scanavino) meets a roadblock that might derail his entire case in court. Could the jury let the attacker walk free because the victim attacked him herself?

The Grid Plan 

In a special clip shared with Geek Girl Authority, Bruno (Kevin Kane) and Silva (Juliana Aidén Martinez) are arresting the victim (Donna Lynne Champlin). By the time Benson (Mariska Hargitay) arrives on the scene, she is handcuffed and being dragged out of a building. Bruno and Silva tell their boss the woman attacked her attacker.

Benson talks to the victim, telling her she cannot interfere with the investigation again. While she felt good attacking the man who went after her, if she does it again, she will be arrested for real.

The episode stars Mariska Hargitay, Ice-T, Peter Scanavino, Kevin Kane, Juliana Aidén Martinez, Aimé Donna Kelly and Octavio Pisano, with a guest-starring turn from Donna Lynne Champlin. Norberto Barba directs from a script by Nicholas Evangelista and Gabriel Vallejo.
