The final chapter to the Jurassic World trilogy won’t debut until 2021. For those of you in desperate need of a dinosaur fix? Jurassic World director Colin Trevorrow and writer Emily Carmichael have teamed up to bring fans an eight minute short film that picks up right where Fallen Kingdom left off.
This short, called Battle at Big Rock, dropped online today after its premiere on FX Sunday night. It takes place one year after the events of Fallen Kingdom in Big Rock National Park, where dinosaurs are now living in our world. The story follows a family of four whose encounter with these wild animals becomes a terrifying fight for survival. Seeing as it’s the Jurassic Park franchise, what else were you expecting? Honestly?
