I am beside myself with happiness right now. One of my favorite book series, Old Man’s War, is set for development with Syfy. The Hugo nominated series by John Scalzi (Red Shirts) will be developed by Wolfgang Petersen (In The Line of Fire, Air Force One) and Scott Stuber (Ted) and will be named The Ghost Brigades (which is the second book in the series).
I suggest you read this series now. NOW! You won’t regret it (even my mom loved it!) and when you are through, you’ll have read a brilliant book series and hopefully, the show will be so much closer to air.
