The trailer for Christopher Nolan’s Interstellar is amazeballs!

This isn’t some movie set way in the future so we can distance ourselves from the harsh reality of the film. The reality being that our resources are being used up right now, as you read this, and they cannot be replaced. Welcome to entropy, folks!

“We must confront the reality that nothing in our solar system can help us.” Nothing in our solar system? That’s depressing.

Well, Matthew McConaughey is going to have to go up in a space ship and look beyond our solar system for a place humanity can go to and populate. Once again, beyond our solar system – interstellar travel.

Of course,  humanity just can’t get up and leave now, but “we must reach far beyond our life spans,” to help the future generations of mankind. That’s the unselfish truth that can save us.

Pretty heavy stuff, huh?
