Harrison Ford is returning to our screens in his iconic role of the adventure-loving archeologist, Indiana Jones. For everyone eagerly awaiting news of the latest franchise addition, get ready. The final trailer for Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny officially dropped, and we have some thoughts. Here is everything we know about the film so far.

In the trailer, we see Indy preparing to retire from the grind of an office job. We are quickly introduced to his goddaughter, Helena (Phoebe Waller-Bridge), who meets him at a bar. It quickly transforms into Helena wanting to go after the Dial of Destiny. Of course, Indy isn’t about to sit out the excitement, though he cautions her against the endeavor.

There is so much action packed into the short trailer that the film is sure to be an edge-of-your-seat experience. The classic whip cracks, chase scenes ensue, and it seems that Indy faces issues of the past. Simultaneously, we see Helena following in her godfather’s footsteps and embarking on a thrilling adventure.

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny stars Harrison Ford, Boyd Holbrook, Mads Mikkelsen, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, John Rhys-Davies, Antonio Banderas, Tony Jones, and more. James Mangold directed the film. David Koepp, Jez Butterworth and John-Henry Butterworth wrote the story. John Williams, who has scored every Indiana Jones film, provided the soundtrack.

This movie marks the first entry into the franchise since the 2008 film Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Fans can see Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny in theaters beginning June 30, 2023.
