A farmer and Carrie Fisher fan in Evansville, Indiana has created a living tribute to Leia herself. According to The Evansville Courier and Press, farmer Jeremy Goebel designed the maze in February, after Fisher’s untimely death. He planted the maze this spring using a GPS device, and now she stands tall in all her glory!
This isn’t Goebel’s first foray into the world of nerd corn mazes. He has been designing corn mazes for the farm for 16 years and he’s done mazes paying tribute to Darth Vader, The Force Awakens and the U.S.S. Enterprise to name a few. But, after Fisher’s death, he felt compelled to memorialize her too, saying, “I’ve always been a Star Wars fan and I just wanted to pay tribute to Carrie Fisher,”.

If you happen to be in the Evansville area, the maze is open to the public. Saturdays 9am to 6pm and Sundays 11:30am to 5pm. Go for a hay ride, get a cider slushy and get lost in Carrie Fisher’s beautiful face all over again.
