Goodbye, M.O.D.O.K. Another Hulu Marvel series bites the dust. The stop-animation comedy series M.O.D.O.K. has been canceled after one season. The series followed megalomaniacal supervillain M.O.D.O.K. (Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing) as he struggled to maintain control over his evil organization and his demanding family.

M.O.D.O.K, one of Marvel’s few non-MCU shows, was created by Jordan Blum and Patton Oswalt with the latter playing the supervillain. The series also starred Melissa Fumero, Aimee Garcia, Ben Schwartz, Beck Bennett and Wendi McLendon-Covey.

Other Marvel series on Hulu that have been canceled are the well-received Runaways and the poorly-received Helstrom. New Warriors, Howard the Duck, and Tigra and Dazzler were greenlit but never got off the ground. Hit Monkey however did air last November although there is no word if it is coming back for a second season.
The above series were part of Marvel Television which has since come to an end. Marvel Studios runs the television side now and those series launch on Disney Plus.
You can still catch season 1 of M.O.D.O.K. on Hulu.
