MTV Movies sat down with Hugh Jackman to talk about his upcoming film, Pan, and they got the chance to talk to him about his run as the X-Men character, Wolverine, asking who he believes might be a suitable replacement for him once his time as the character is up.
He started off joking, saying, “I don’t want to make it too easy on the studio to replace me. I’ve still got one more to do.” He then went on to say, “I’m sure they’re already talking about it and some actor out there is like, ‘shhh. keep it quiet, but we want you next.”
But he eventually answered the question saying, “He’s younger than me, but I think Tom Hardy would be a great one.”
So let’s all write a strongly-worded letter to Fox asking them to make Tom Hardy happen.
