The shortest month of the year is upon us but DC Universe isn’t short of content. The streaming service is set to bring some anticipated films, new TV series and a whole slew of comics for fans of DC to enjoy. Here are just some of the highlights.

Reign of the Supermen

The animated film based on the 2013 comic by Dan Jurgens and Louise Simonson features a mystery. Since the death of Superman, four super-powered beings with the Man of Steel’s power have turned up. Each of them with different personalities and ways of handling crime.  Is one of them the true Superman come back to life?

DC has decided to release the film on the streaming service the same day as the Blu-ray and DVD hit shelves! What a treat!

Fans can see Reign of the Supermen streaming now.

Doom Patrol

The live-action series based on the comic series of the same name is debuting this month! Set after the events of Titans, the misfit super-powered beings get a message from Cyborg that they can’t ignore. Their lives will change forever as they embark on a mission to save Earth.

The series follows Dr. Niles “The Chief” Caulder (Timothy Dalton), Robotman (Brendan Fraser), Negative Man (Matt Bomer), Elasti-Woman (April Bowlby) and Crazy Jane (Diane Guerrero) as they bumble their way through heroism.

Krypton

The live-action series from SyFy is finally heading over to DC Universe. Krypton follows the grandfather of Superman, Seg-El, as he attempts to regain honor to his family name and save the world he loves. The series is set to debut it’s second season sometime this year. In the meantime, fans can catch up or relive the show as the first season airs on the streaming service.

Unfortunately there’s no planned date but fans will be able to see the show sometime in spring of 2019.
