The Hellboy reboot, starring David Harbour (Stranger Things) is coming to theaters soon. And, though it’s not as soon as we thought, we’re starting to get some information. Hellboy will have a panel at New York Comic Con this week, and it’s got a brand new poster straight out of Hades.
The poster features Harbour in a “Legendary AF” pose, according the the tweet sent out by the movie’s Twitter page on Monday. He’s posing in all of his glory with a blazing sword, horns un-filed and unfurled.
Harbour will be joined by Ian McShane (Deadwood, American Gods) as his adopted father Professor Trevor Bruttenholm, Milla Jovovich (The Fifth Element, Resident Evil movies) the Blood Queen, Daniel Dae Kim (Hawaii Five-0, Lost) is playing Major Ben Daimio and Sasha Lane as Alice Monaghan.

The pl0t of the film is said to be set around a “battle against an ancient sorceress who wants revenge against humankind” that will require, a bigger, badder Hellboy than we have previously seen. That’s according to EW. And, creator Mike Mignola has said that the story is “very faithful” to a three-part story arc that he did with artist Duncan Fegredo.
The NYCC panel will feature Harbour, McShane, Lane, Kim and Mignola. It is scheduled for for 11 a.m. ET on the Javits Center’s main stage on Saturday, October 6th.
Hellboy will be in theaters April 12, 2019.
