The series follows Princess of Hell Charlie (Erika Henningsen) as she attempts to reduce underworld overpopulation by rehabilitating demons. In the wake of an annual angel-conducted extermination, Charlie opens the titular hotel. She hopes this will allow the damned to “check out” into Heaven. She’s supported in this goal by her devoted partner, Vaggie (Stephanie Beatriz). Also in the mix is Angel Dust (Alex Brightman), an adult film star who is their first test subject. Many of the denizens of Hell mock Charlie’s goal. However, a powerful entity known as the “Radio Demon” (Amir Talai) contacts her and offers assistance. Does the opportunity smack of Faustian foul play? Let’s tune in and find out!

The series’ star-studded main cast also includes Christian Borle, Keith David, Kimiko Glenn, Joel Perez and Blake Roman. Meanwhile, the musical series takes its sonic stylings to the next level with a roster of guest stars that sport Broadway credentials. These include Darren Criss (Saint Peter), Jeremy Jordan (Lucifer Morningstar), Patina Miller (Sera), Daphne Rubin-Vega (Carmilla Carmine) and Jessica Vosk (Lute). Furthermore, the guest stars were announced via the marquis of the Pantages Theatre in Hollywood, California on Monday.
