It’s been a hot minute since we’ve heard from the clown princess of crime. Birds of Prey (and The Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn), also known as BOP, has released 4 new posters to start getting conversation going for the film. While the posters don’t feature the rest of the girl gang, we’ll be seeing them very, very soon.

First, let’s start out with some fun notes. We see a brand new outfit from Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) in the posters. The first part features gold overalls with the Harlequin print on them and a pink tank with some golden boots to match. In one of the posters we can see that she’s wearing denim shorts underneath, so she’s able to remove the pants from the overalls somehow and keep the top half on. Pretty interesting. It’s also worth pointing out that her tattoos have some adjustments on them; namely that she’s crossed off a couple “Puddin'”s – but not all. She might have left him, but he’s not completely out of her life it seems.

One of the biggest takeaways from the poster is that Harley has a hyena. That’s right! In our breakdown of the theater-only teaser, we noted that there looked like there were two hyenas beside Harley while she was driving in a car down the streets of Gotham. These posters confirm she has at least one of them! It’s unclear if the names of the hyenas will remain ‘Bud’ and ‘Lou’ from the Batman: The Animated Series but nonetheless, Harley has her babies and I’m so excited to see what they do with them.

While the posters may be Harley-centric, we’re getting more from the Birds of Prey soon since the first official trailer is said to drop tomorrow. Be sure to head back to Geek Girl Authority for your coverage of the trailer!

In the meantime check out the posters below and let us know what you think!
