So much happened on Gotham’s episode “Mad Grey Dawn” last night! Everything is coming up Batman! First things first — Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) got in a fight and showed us how he, in many ways, has already become the Bat!
And Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor) met his father, Elijah Van Dahl (Paul Reubens) and the rest of his new family… who don’t really seem to be on the up-and-up.
And finally! Nygma (Cory Michael Smith) is The Riddler! And he’s good. He’s very good. Not only did we get to see some good old fashioned riddlin’, we got to see him set up Detective Jim Gordon and send him to prison!
And now we’ve got this sneak peek at next week’s episode, “Prisoners” that sees The Penguin having some very strange relations with his step-family and Jim Gordon is doing his best to just survive prison. It doesn’t look like either one of them really has much of a chance.
After Gordon is removed from protective custody, he begins to face new threats and dangers inside prison walls. In order to survive, he must rely on a new friend, as well as Bullock and other outside help. Meanwhile, Penguin grows closer to his father, while his step-mother and step-siblings move forward with their own plans for the family.
