Batwoman (S01 E07) “Tell Me the Truth”
Kate (Ruby Rose) and Sophie (Meagan Tandy) have a romantic history that Sophie hides from the rest of the world. That is the basis of their current association. So when Sophie found out that Kate is the Batwoman, she told Jacob Kane (Dougray Scott) for Kate’s safety. A baddie named The Rifle (Garfield Wilson) supposedly has a gun with bullets that will penetrate the batsuit.
Kate’s old pal, Julia Pennyworth (Christina Wolfe) arrives in the Arrowverse, tracking the same bad guy that the Crows are looking for. After Batwoman hears about the gun, she joins the search as well. Julia and Kate also come up with a plan to throw Sophie off of Kate’s Batwoman trail.
Sophie meet with Batwoman, thinking it’s Kate when Kate actually shows up. Proof that Kate is not Batwoman…at that moment in time. Everything goes crazy when the Rifle uses the gun and shoots Julia in the Batsuit. The Crows take Julia, thinking she’s Batwoman and Kate has to rescue her.
The Rifle got the gun and bullet from Alice (Rachel Skarsten). Alice switched out the bullets so Kate wouldn’t get hurt. He’s not happy and says their boss, someone named Safiyah. Needless to say, the Rifle leaves town after his failed attempt and Julia follows him.
Jacob and Catherine (Elizabeth Anweis) officially file for divorce. A distraught and embarrassed Mary Hamilton (Nicole Kang) reaches out to Kate for sisterly support, but Kate is once again, too busy for her step-sister.
Catherine attempts to make up for her recent mistakes by siding with Jacob, and he agrees, calling off the divorce. Except it’s not really Jacob, it’s Mouse (Sam Littlefield) in disguise. The real Jacob was out of town on assignment. This is going to get really sticky.
In the end, Kate told Sophie that it’s best that they don’t hang out anymore. Sophie is married after all and she wants to maintain a lifestyle that Kate can’t adhere to. Which is the whole reason they broke up in the first place.
Next time on Batwoman, “A Mad Tea Party”
Kate and Alice continue their sister/nemesis dance, while Alice and Mouse construct their most evil plan yet. Mary invites Kate to a special event honoring Catherine and Jacob makes a decision that leaves Kate perplexed.

Supergirl (S05 E07) “Tremors”
A lot happened on this episode of Supergirl. So last week, Lena (Katie McGrath) took the Leviathan medallion from Andrea Rojas (Julie Gonzalo) last week and now Leviathan wants it back. The Leviathan leader, Rama Khan (Mitch Pileggi) tracks down Lena, forcing Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) to save her best friend.
Brainy (Jesse Rath) does some research and finds that Rama Khan is one of five leaders from Jarhanpur, sister planet to Krypton and he’s very powerful. I mean, he killed the dinosaurs! The DEO doesn’t have anything in their armory that could possibly stop Rama Khan. But Supergirl does. She might have something in the Fortress of Solitude and invites Lena to tag along.
Lena is impressed with the fortress, even though the security almost eliminated her. Lena finds a weapon that Lex (Jon Cryer) built that will stop Rama Khan. She also finds Myriad. Myriad is a device created by Astra, Supergirl’s aunt, so she could control the human race. Isn’t that what Lena is trying to do?
Rama Khan shows up at the Fortress and faces Supergirl in a cool little battle of the aliens. Lena uses the gun to subdue him enough for him to run away. Lena disappears, but Supergirl finds her in the Fortress armory, holding Myriad. Tell me why Supergirl and Superman have the same Fortress of Solitude in the Arrowverse?
Lena comes clean, saying Lex told her about Kara just before he died. Kara made her look like a fool and Lena will never trust anyone ever again. Kara apologizes, but it’s too late. Lena turned the Fortress security around on Kara, trapping her in an icy cell. Lena says she’s not a villain and Kara shouldn’t have treated her like one. Ouch!
Kelly (Azie Tesfai) gets so scared after Alex (Chyler Leigh) and Brainy are almost blown up. She decides that she can’t handle the danger that Alex puts herself in. Feeling a break up coming on, Alex convinces Kelly to work on their issues together so they both feel secure.
J’onn (David Harewood) discovers that Malefic (Phil LaMarr) is not in the Phantom Zone, but at Lena’s lab. He tries to apologize to his brother and submits to him so they can bond…sort of like the Vulcan Mind Meld. Malefic sees the love his family had for him and changes his attitude. The two brothers finally embrace one another.
Next time on Supergirl, “The Wrath of Rama Khan”
Supergirl’s struggle against Leviathan reaches a boiling point as she faces off against Rama Khan. Meanwhile, as Lena and Hope work to launch Project Non Nocere, Hope proves to be an invaluable asset to Lena

Black Lightning (S03 E06), “The Book of Resistance, Chapter One: Knocking on Heaven’s Door”
Last week, Khalil/Painkiller (Jordan Calloway) struck down Anissa/Blackbird (Nafessa Williams) with his venom, now Anissa is sick. Gambi (James Remar) is working hard to find a cure and discovers that the venom came from Khalil. He’s able to break down the venom and make antidote. He’s almost too late when Grace (Chantal Thuy) calls him saying Anissa is convulsing. As soon as he injects the antidote, Anissa is fine.
Jefferson (Cress Williams) is interviewed at Tavon’s funeral and he says his death won’t be in vain. Later Black Lightning attacks some ASA guards that forces Agent Odell (Bill Duke) to visit Jefferson. Both men warn the other, you don’t want to make them an enemy.
Tobias (Marvin Jones III) has it out for Odell and Black Lightning as well. He tells Lynn (Christine Adams) that he will give her information about Odell if she gives him files on the pod kids. She refuses and even destroys some of the files. Later she leaves Jefferson to stay at the lab. Something about being out of touch. Jefferson doesn’t know that Lynn is addicted to Green Light.
Jennifer’s (China Anne McClain) new friend Brandon (Jahking Guillory) is a meta who can control the earth. He’s also looking for Dr. Jace (Jennifer Riker) so he can kill her for killing his mom. Dr. Jace is closer than he thinks. She and the Markovians show up at Club 100 and shoot the place up, killing Agent Odell.
Henderson (Damon Gupton) recruits a reporter, Jamillah Olson (Adetimpo Thomas) to expose the occupation of the ASA. They are working with the Markovians to bring down the ASA, but each group has their own agenda about how to do that.
Next Time on Black Lightning, “The Book of Resistance, Chapter Two”
Anissa and Jefferson have a heart-to-heart and she tells him she needs Black Lightning’s help in escorting meta refugees out of the perimeter; Gambi implores Lynn to help get him access to the pit; Jennifer grows closer to Brandon.

Arrow (S08E05), “Prochnost”
Oliver (Stephen Amell) took the kids to Russia this week. Team Arrow is searching for a man, General Burov who developed a weapon that could kill The Monitor (LaMonica Garrett). The mission is not as simple as it sounds. Burov is involved in an underground fight club and makes Oliver fight for a chance to talk. But the kids show up and Oliver loses his focus.
That’s when the Bratva get involved. They kidnap Oliver and Mia (Katherine McNamara). They know Oliver’s face, but know nothing about Mia, so they test her. Oliver gets to see how well Nyssa Al-Ghul (Katrina Law) trained his daughter. She almost passes the Bratva’s test. Oliver tells the Bratva that he is trading with Burov so they don’t kill Mia. Luckily, Laurel (Katie Cassidy-Rodgers) and Anatoly (David Nykl) show up to save the day.
Roy Harper (Colton Haynes) returns to the Arrowverse when Diggle (David Ramsey) asks him to steal plutonium. Roy is afraid to get involved in anything too intense because of his blood lust. He died while with Thea (Willa Holland) and was resurrected in a Lazerus Pool.
Diggle tells him about the future William (Ben Lewis) and Mia showing up and how Roy helped them saved the future Star City. Roy and Diggle complete their mission and Roy decides to find redemption now rather than later. Looks like Arsenal will be round for a little while longer.
Team Arrow still needs the weapon plans. So Oliver and Mia team up in the fight club while Laurel steals the plans. Laurel has a choice to make. Betray Oliver and give the plans to Lyla (Audrey Marie Anderson) who’s working with the Monitor. In returns she will get her Earth back. Or accept what has happened and give the plans to Oliver. She does the right thing and gives the plans to Oliver.
Laurel also tells Oliver and Diggle about Lyla. They confront her and in return are hit with tranquilizer darts. The team falls before Lyla, not knowing what’s in store for them. Can we get this Arrowverse crisis started already!?
Next time on Arrow, “Reset”
Oliver is faced with a life-or-death situation after being double-crossed by Lyla; Laurel has an opportunity to make amends.
