It’s time to Suit Up for the Arrowverse Crossover, Crisis on Infinite Earths. Dubbed the biggest crossover to date, Crisis stars the series regulars of Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, Batwoman, and many special guests over five parts in two halves. The CW released the first teaser via Twitter accounts for Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, and Batwoman.
The trailer features the first look at Brandon Routh as Kingdom Come Superman. He’s got a little gray on the sides of his hair, but definitely exactly what we were expecting. I also expect he’s a little less nerdy than Routh’s other character Ray Palmer.
I also spotted Lex Luthor (Jon Cryer) standing with the Arrowverse heroes Sara Lance (Caity Lotz), the Flash (Grant Gustin) and Supergirl (Melissa Benoist). So he’s a good guy now? The Crisis has to be a big deal if Lex is on the good side. And Black Lightning (Cress Williams) is in the teaser, making his Arrowverse debut in Crisis.
And it looks like Mia Smoak (Katherine McNamara) isn’t going back to 2040 anytime soon. She walks next her father, The Green Arrow/Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) and Batwoman (Ruby Rose), saying ‘We got your back.’ I’m so ready for all of the Arrowverse to come together.
For now the teaser is only available on Twitter. Check out the post from The Flash‘s account below.
The first half of Crisis on Infinite Earths starts with Supergirl on Sunday, Dec. 8, 2019. Continues on Batwoman on Monday, Dec. 9, 2019. And concludes with The Flash on Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2019
The second half of Crisis on Infinite Earths and conclusion happens on Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2020, with Arrow and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.
